S49-AC series ultrasonic vibrating sieve is able toconvert electric energy with 220V,50Hz or 110V,60Hz into30-38KHz high-frequency mechanical vibration,throughultrasonic energy exchanger to attains the purpose othigh-efficiency sieve and cleaning mesh,which makes iteasy to sieve the superfine powder.
This system uses a low amplitude,high frequencyultrasonic vibrating wave(mechanical wave)on the sievemesh by the traditional vibrating sieve to improve thesieving abilities of superfine powder.This product issuitable for the users who demand the high additionavalue and fine powder.

Working principle: It is to convert 220V, 50Hz or 110V, 60Hz electric energy into 18KHz high-frequency electric energy, input it into the ultrasonic transducer, and turn it into 18KHz mechanical vibration, and the generated ultrasonic power makes the screen vibrate at high frequency. While the material on the screen is doing low-frequency rotary vibration, ultrasonic vibration is superimposed, which can not only prevent the blockage of the mesh, but also improve the output and quality of the screening machine, so as to achieve the purpose of efficient screening and screen cleaning, and make ultra-fine powder Sifting made easy.
