S49 SERIES THREE-D ROTARY VIBRATING SIEVE
S49-A series vibratory screen sifter is designed for accurate grading or sizing of wet and dry materials up to five fractions in one operation, low noise, high efficiency, need only 3-5 minutes to rapidly replace the screen, all closed structure. Used to sieve guanule, powder and liquid.

Working principle: The rotary vibrating screen uses a vertical vibration motor as the excitation source. Eccentric weights are installed on the upper and lower ends of the vibration motor to convert the rotational motion of the vibration motor into horizontal, vertical, and tilted three-dimensional movements. Movement is transmitted to the screen surface. Adjusting the phase angles of the upper and lower ends can change the movement trajectory of the material on the screen surface.

2.Sieve as fine as 600 mesh or 0.02mm, and filter as small as 5 microns.
