HORIZONTAL AIR FLOW SCREEN
Centrifugal sifter principle is feeding the materials into a screw conveyor and a rotor rotating at high speed,the fine materials will pass through screen,discharged at the end of the screw shaft.lt is especially suitable for super fine powder,light and sticky powder,such as cosmetics,Chinese medicine powder,malt dextrin,mica powder,pigment and so on.

Working Principle:The screen of this equipment is cylindrical and is placed in the machine body. After the material passes through the screw conveying system, it is mixed with the air flow and atomized into the mesh cylinder. The material is subject to centrifugal force and cyclone propulsion force at the same time through the wind wheel blades in the mesh cylinder. , so that the material is sprayed through the mesh, the material passing through the mesh is discharged from the fine material discharge port, and the material that cannot pass through the mesh is discharged from the coarse material discharge port along the cylinder wall, achieving the purpose of efficient separation.
