Working Principle:The probability sieve is a screening machine that actively uses the principle of probability sieving. The sieving theory points out that the length of time each object stays inside during operation is inversely proportional to its size and weight. Through actual experiments, it is found that, When the particle thickness is far smaller than the cavity, it can quickly pass through the surface of the screen surface. The closer the particle is to the diameter of the cavity, the longer the residence time is. If the diameter of both sides is close, the residence time of the particle is long. In other words, the time for large particles is long, and the time for small particles is short.
When the screen machine is started, two vibrating motors or exciters of the same type and specification symmetrically arranged run in reverse synchronously, and the exciting force generated by them is transmitted to the entire vibrating body through the vibrating body-the base of the motor or exciter.
