Coal Crusher
GF's new-generation toothed roller crusher is a result of Gaofu Machinery's extensive market research work, aiming at the sticking, blocking, particle size loss, large vibration, high noise, large dust, low efficiency and energy in the use of hammer crusher. The main problems of high consumption and high operating costs are the new generation of crushers after technological innovation. lt solves the common problems of hammer crushers, and completely improves the harsh working environment with large vibration, large dust and large noise.
Working principle:GF4PG four-tooth roller crusher is composed of high-speed and powerful tooth rollers running in opposite directions. The material that meets the gap between the two tooth rollers falls freely, and the material that is larger than the gap between the two tooth rollers is instantly crushed by the bite force of the roller teeth and falls freely to achieve the crushing purpose and meet the particle size requirements. The relative rollers run at differential speeds, which can clean the materials between the tooth gaps, thereby reducing sticking and blocking, and preventing the material from staying on the tooth rollers, avoiding repeated crushing and over-crushing.
Product advantages
1. Low over-crushing rate and good particle size. Combined crushing is used to instantly crush the material, with low re-crushing and uniform particle output.
2. Vibration coal feeding, uniform distribution, reduced tooth plate wear, and extended tooth plate life.
3. Environmental protection and energy saving efficiency, feed ≤350mm, discharge adjustable between 3-50mm, and one-time crushing ratio of up to 50.
4. When wood blocks and other flexible objects such as non-magnetic alloys or rubber enter the crusher and cannot be crushed, the two tooth rollers can automatically retreat in parallel to the above materials.
