Working Principle:The probability sieve is a screening machine that actively uses the principle of probability sieving. The sieving theory points out that the length of time each object stays inside during operation is inversely proportional to its size and weight. Through actual experiments, it is found that, When the particle thickness is far smaller than the cavity, it can quickly pass through the surface of the screen surface. The closer the particle is to the diameter of the cavity, the longer the residence time is. If the diameter of both sides is close, the residence time of the particle is long. In other words, the time for large particles is long, and the time for small particles is short.
When the screen machine is started, two vibrating motors or exciters of the same type and specification symmetrically arranged run in reverse synchronously, and the exciting force generated by them is transmitted to the entire vibrating body through the vibrating body-the base of the motor or exciter. Body-on the screen box, so that the screen box drives the screen surface to vibrate periodically, so that the materials on the screen surface make directional jumping motion together with the screen box, during which, the materials smaller than the aperture of the screen surface fall to the lower layer through the screen holes and become The undersieve, the material larger than the aperture of the sieve surface, is discharged from the discharge port after continuous jumping motion, and the screening operation is finally completed.

2.The screen surface of the screen is designed in an arc shape, and the external ratchet tension can easily control the tension of the screen surface without loosening. The service life of the screen can reach 60 days.
3.The equipment is transported and installed as a whole, and the adjustment of the equipment only needs to adjust the amplitude according to the site conditions.
