Working Principle:The oscillating screen is a low-frequency rotary vibrating screen imitating artificial shaking. Its principle is: the instantaneous motion is the synthesis of radial displacement and circular motion with this displacement as the axis (spiral motion), and the eccentricity can be adjusted. The unique vibrator produces a nonlinear three-dimensional motion, and the material also produces the same motion similar to manual operation, so as to achieve the purpose of screening, and then cooperate with the screening accessories to obtain a more ideal screening effect; suitable for round and cylindrical shapes , flaky, or even regular-shaped materials that are easy to block the net and require precision screening.

01.Single-layer or multi-layer high-yield screening can be achieved
It can screen up to 6 particle sizes, and the diameter of the sieve body is from 600mm (24 inches) to 2600mm (104 inches); the small swinging sieve can be equipped with 4 layers of screen surfaces, and the large one can reach 5 layers, while providing 5~6 groups of classification. For single-graded products, our technology can double or even increase the production capacity on the same sieve.
02.Maximized screening efficiency and product yield
The principle of the swing screen is actually a mechanical simulation of the human hand screen.
Gentle acceleration combined with low speed operation ensures that the material always rolls on the surface of the screen. Especially for dry, low-density particles; it can also reduce the abrasion of the sieve itself (especially the screen mesh) by highly abrasive products.
03.Each layer of screen achieves accurate classification of coarse and fine particles
The material is fed from the center of the sieve body which moves almost horizontally, and diverges to the periphery along the spiral curve. At the same time, as the vertical acceleration increases, the fine-grained product is effectively forced through the screen surface.

Hand sifting can give the material a gentle treatment. The GFBD oscillating screen reproduces the same motion and is used in various occasions where particle breakage is prohibited, such as: particle spray-dried coffee, powdered products of biopharmaceuticals, as well as milk powder and metal powder.

When the particle size of the product is close to 30 microns, the blockage of the mesh becomes an urgent problem to be solved. With our variety of cleaning systems it will be easy. Using TEFC motor, the drive of the small model is 0.25kW, and the large model weighing 2 tons only needs 5.5kW of power.

The main wearing parts include: screen, sealing ring, rubber ball or brush.
Based on the Mongolian drum principle, the screen is stretched tightly on the screen frame by special glue or welding. The life of the screen is greatly extended due to the ease of acceleration and lower forces.
08.Negligible dynamic base loads
Each GFBD vibrating screen will be adjusted to be completely balanced on a special device before leaving the factory. Therefore, at the user's site, it can be placed on a very high steel structure. Considering the complexity of the dynamic load, it is necessary to do a balance adjustment before starting.

Apart from the existing ventilation system on site, the GFBD oscillating screen does not require any auxiliary devices for air purification or dust collection. The system can have its own airtight and vacuum design, as well as chlorine purification.
