LAB TEST SIEVE
Laboratory test sieves, also known as test sieves, sample sieves, and analytical sieves, are mainly used in universities, research institutes, and internal laboratories of enterprises. They are suitable for particle size analysis in abrasives, geological exploration, metallurgy, pharmacopoeia, chemical industry, building materials and other industries.
Working Principle
The eccentric weights installed at the upper and lower ends of the motor shaft convert the motor's rotational motion into horizontal, vertical and inclined three-dimensional motion, which is then transmitted to the screen surface. The material is subjected to force and rolls, rotates and jumps on the screen. When used in conjunction with a standard screen, it can vibrate, filter, standardize and inspect granular and powdery materials for other inspection and measurement purposes.
